About the Coller Startup Competition

bg FOR WEBSite (1).png

The Coller Startup Competition started back in 2017, for teams composed of Tel Aviv University students and alumni. These startups compete on two different tracks - the Main track and the Foodtech track - for an investment of $100,000 (on each track), in front of an audience of investors, entrepreneurs, and students.

The goal of the competition is to encourage students and Alumni of TAU to promote their startup.

The 2nd place will win a $25,000 investment, granted by Fresh.fund.

We welcome diverse teams, coming from different faculties and disciplines.

  • You will have a chance to go through mentoring and enhancement processes to boost your startup, not only for the competition but for the long run as well.

  • Investors and innovation experts will give you feedback on your venture.

  • 20 teams will get the opportunity to pitch before a judging panel.

  • Top 10 finalists will get the opportunity to pitch live on stage, at the competition's finals

  • The Grand winner will win a $100,000 investment by Jeremy Coller.

  • All first 3 places wins a Startup Support Value Package, provided by TAU Ventures.
